반품/교환

• 저희 제품은 고객님의 요청에 따라 주문 제작되는 인쇄물이므로, 단순 변심에 의한 교환 또는 반품은 불가합니다.

• 인쇄 전 제공해주신 디지털 파일은 반드시 최종 확인해주시기 바라며, 파일 검수 없이 발생한 오류나, 귀사에서 제공한 파일의 해상도가 낮아 발생한 품질 문제에 대해서도 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• 단, 제품 자체에 명백한 하자나 인쇄 오류가 있을 경우, 확인 후 재인쇄 등의 적절한 조치를 취해드리겠습니다.

고객이 업로드한 모든 디자인, 이미지, 로고 등은 해당 고객의 소유이며, 당사는 인쇄 및 제작 목적 외에는 이를 사용하지 않습니다. 고객은 업로드된 콘텐츠가 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증해야 합니다.

4. 면책 조항
예기치 못한 상황(천재지변, 운송 지연, 기술 오류 등)으로 인한 서비스 지연에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• All products are shipped free of charge Australia-wide. Production takes approximately 2–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

• As all our products are custom-made based on your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

• Please double-check your digital files before submission, as we are not responsible for any errors resulting from unverified files or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer.

• However, if there is a clear defect or printing error, we will promptly arrange for a reprint or take appropriate action.
